For me the most important thing is support. I have many sites with Racknet, and with the increasing hack attacks it is comforting to know that they put the time and effort into technology to stop attacks rather than just switching off the site and passing the work to the web designer. Great Job.

Price is a factor for choosing Racknet but it is not the only one; the technical advice is exceptional. I have frequently recommended Racknet for the latter - not the former. There is always clarity, patience and courtesy.
